Top Tip for Anyone Starting Out:
Try to be consistent. Don’t try to do it all at once. Instead, find something you like doing and make a plan to do it a few times a week. And be kind to yourself. If you fall out of your routine - just get back at it when you can.


Fun Fact About Yourself:
I worked as a location sound mixer for TV & film, before moving to production. While doing that, I got into yoga and pilates, and started teaching a weekly class to some friends.
